Registration and Cancellation
During registration, students are required to fill out and sign a registration form that includes acknowledgement of the policies described on this page. To reserve seats in class, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% (minimum) of total course fee is required at time of registration. Unless otherwise indicated, course fees include the cost of all class materials and certifications. Discounted rates are available for group registrations of the same date and course, paid in full prior to class or by the end of class. Full payment is required prior to the issuance of all certifications.
Client or student cancellations are subject to forfeiture of all deposits. When authorized by Dunn Co Safety, fees may be transferred to future classes or to another student. Dunn Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course date(s) for any reason, including insufficient enrollment. In such instances, deposit may be refunded or applied towards the next available training date.

Absence from one course session may be compensated with a duplicate session at a future date if course is 15 hours or more in length. For example, if you miss one day of a 10 hour course, you must retake the whole course. No make-up dates are allowed for courses 15 hours or less. More than one absence from any course will be subject to removal of the student from the class.

Online students are required to be visible on camera for the duration of the class, except during breaks or as otherwise directed by the instructor. Online attendance is verified through roll calls, timed check-in, test completion, and two-way visual confirmation. Students who lose connection repeatedly or leave the session may not receive credit, The instructor reserves the right to remove students from the class session if they break stated rules or disrupt the learning environment.

Upon completion of required classes the student will receive the appropriate certification card at no additional charge. We may also provide individual course certificates.
